Managing Director
A Chemical Engineering graduate from Bangalore University with Executive Post Graduate Program in Business Management from IIM Kozhikode (IIM-K).Varghese P S started his career with Phillips Carbon Black (RPG group of companies) in the year 1996. In 2000 he moved on to solvent extraction industry and gained profound knowledge in every aspects of spices extraction. A real expert in setting up and implementing new facilities, systems and solutions across the enterprise covering operations and total project management with latest technological advancement With his 27 years of experience he has an excellent track record of managing operations and implementing projects in national and international territories and leading the organizations to a higher rate of organic growth.
SHERIN MATHEW K
Director Operations
A Post graduate in Microbiology from Bharathidasan University in the year 2003 with excellent track records in Quality control of solvent extraction process. A passionate leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with 20 years hands-on experience in process, production, quality control, quality assurance in spices and spice products. She is proficient in Lab analysis of spices, its products like essential oils and oleoresins using gas chromatograph, HPLC and other modern equipments. With her thorough understanding of how products are taken from concept to commercialisation she can plan and execute of production as per customer requirements. She is also proficient in setting up and management of FSSC 22000 GMP and GLP facilities in compliance with current industry standards.
